Who we are

Idea Farms Creative Studio (“Idea Farms”, “we”, “us”) designs and produces made-to-order pieces — 3D prints, laser-engraved keepsakes and personalized gifts — from our studio in Pune, India.

Custom and made-to-order products

Most of what we make is produced for one customer. When you customize a product, you are responsible for the details you provide — spelling, dates, sizing and design choices. Where we offer a design proof by email, production starts after you approve it, and the approved proof is what we make.

Handmade and printed pieces vary slightly from photos and previews — layer lines, grain and engraving tone are part of the process, not defects.

Designs you upload

When you upload artwork for engraving or printing, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it. We do not accept orders that reproduce trademarks, logos or copyrighted work without the rights-holder's permission, and we may decline such orders. You keep ownership of your artwork; you grant us permission to use it only to produce your order.

Orders, pricing and payment

• An order is confirmed once payment is received, and forms a binding contract between you and us.
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees and can change without notice; the price at the time you order is what applies.
• If a listing contains an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
• Vouchers and offers can't be exchanged for cash and may be withdrawn at any time.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Because pieces are made to order, sales are final once production starts. How we handle damaged, defective or incorrect items is covered in our refund policy and returns & exchanges pages, which form part of these terms. Shipping timelines are covered in shipping & delivery.

Intellectual property

The Idea Farms name, logo, website content, product designs and photography belong to us. You may not reproduce or sell them without our written permission. This doesn't apply to artwork you upload, which remains yours.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the website or our services for anything unlawful, to place fraudulent orders, or to request engravings or prints of content that is illegal, infringing or hateful. We may refuse or cancel such orders.

Third-party services

Links to third-party sites and tools (for example, designing on Canva) are provided for convenience. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, which we don't control.

Our liability

The website is provided as-is; we work to keep it accurate but don't guarantee it is error-free. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Neither of us is liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes or courier disruptions.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the date above shows the latest revision. The version in force when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
