Refund policy
Almost everything we make is customized and produced to order, so we follow a no-return, no-refund policy. All sales are final and non-refundable.

Idea Farms Creative Studio designs and produces made-to-order pieces — 3D prints, laser-cut keepsakes and personalized gifts. Because each order is started for one customer, we are unable to resell returned items, and so all sales are final.
You can always reach us with a question before you order at hello@ideafarms.com. We would rather get the details right up front than have you receive something that isn’t quite what you pictured.
Damages and issues
Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong thing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right — usually a remake or replacement at no cost.
Please include your order number and a photo of the issue. That gets us to a fix fastest.
What isn’t covered
- A change of mind after production has started.
- Custom sizing, spelling or color supplied incorrectly at checkout.
- Expected variation in handmade and printed finishes, such as layer lines or grain.
