Shipping & Delivery

Production time

We start making your order once the design is confirmed. Laser-engraved pieces are typically produced within 2–3 business days of design approval; 3D-printed pieces take 2–5 business days depending on size and finish. If you asked for a design proof by email, production starts after you approve it.

Shipping within India

• Shipping is free on orders of ₹2,000 or above.
• Orders below ₹2,000 ship at a flat ₹150.
• Standard delivery takes 5–7 working days after dispatch.
• Express delivery (additional charges) is available on request — write to us before ordering and we'll confirm options for your PIN code.

Deliveries to remote PIN codes can take a few days longer. We currently ship within India only — if you need an order sent abroad, contact us and we'll see what we can arrange.

Tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched, we email you the courier name and tracking number. If the tracking hasn't updated for more than 3 working days, write to us and we'll chase it with the courier.

Changing your delivery address

Email hello@ideafarms.com with your order number as soon as possible. We can update the address any time before dispatch; once a package is with the courier we can't redirect it.

Damaged or missing packages

Inspect your order when it arrives. If the package or the piece inside is damaged, contact us within 48 hoursof delivery with your order number and a photo — we'll remake or replace it as described in our refund policy. If a package is marked delivered but hasn't reached you, tell us within 48 hours so we can open an enquiry with the courier.
