Custom and bulk work is quoted per project, and the quickest route to a real number is WhatsApp — send a photo, a file or a description and we price it. The custom orders page lists what to include so the first quote lands close.

No auto-responder and no ticket number. The studio inbox is checked through the working day by the people who run the machines.
You get a straight answer
A price, a timeline, or an honest “we can’t print that” — within one business day. If a brief needs a material we would not recommend, we will say so before you pay.

Approve the quote and your piece is made in 2–5 working days, then 5–7 in transit. You get a tracking link the moment it is dispatched.

How much does 3D printing cost in India?
Ready-made pieces are priced individually — every product page on the catalogue shows its price in rupees. Custom and bulk work is quoted per project rather than per unit, because the cost depends on size, material, finish and quantity. Send us a brief and we come back with pricing, usually within one business day.
How long will my order take?
Most orders arrive within 7–12 working days. That is production plus shipping: laser-engraved pieces are produced in 2–3 business days after design approval and 3D-printed pieces in 2–5, depending on size and finish. Standard delivery then takes 5–7 working days from dispatch. Remote PIN codes can add a few days.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on orders of ₹2,000 or above. Orders below ₹2,000 ship at a flat ₹150. Express delivery is available on request for an additional charge — write to us before ordering and we will confirm the options for your PIN code.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
No — all orders are prepaid. You pay online at checkout by UPI, card, net banking or wallet through our payment gateway, and your order goes into production once payment is confirmed. We do not offer Cash on Delivery, because every piece is made to order and cannot be resold if a parcel is refused at the door.
How durable are 3D printed products?
They are solid everyday objects, not fragile display models — our decor, organisers and keychains are printed in PLA or PETG and hold up to normal indoor handling for years. Keep PLA pieces out of sustained direct sunlight and out of a closed car in summer, as the material softens with prolonged heat. Wipe clean with a damp cloth; do not put them in a dishwasher.
Do you make custom 3D printed gifts in Pune?
Yes. IdeaFarms is a maker studio in Wadgaonsheri, Pune, producing custom 3D-printed gifts, home decor and personalised keepsakes to order.
